General Principles

Mutual Trust:

Cotrai conducts all of its services based on mutual trust, transparency, and professional cooperation.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Advance Payment Requirement:

All services are provided on a prepaid basis. Full payment must be received before any project planning, content production, or service execution begins.

Cancellations and Refunds:

Payments are non-refundable. Service cancellations are only possible if explicitly agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Pricing and Offers

Pricing Policy:

Service prices may be updated without prior notice. The most recent pricing applies as of January 1, 2026.

Offer Validity:

Unless otherwise stated, all proposals and offers are valid for 30 days. If a specific validity period is mentioned, that period shall apply.

On-Site Services and Additional Costs

Additional Expenses:

For in-person services or training sessions, additional costs such as transportation, accommodation, and related logistical expenses may apply. These costs will be clearly communicated and agreed upon in advance.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership:

All content and materials produced remain the intellectual property of Cotrai. A limited, non-commercial usage right is granted to the client. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without written consent is strictly prohibited.

Content Sharing:

Both parties may share content related to the collaboration on their websites, portfolios, or social media channels.

Data Protection and Privacy

Personal Data:

Personal data (such as name, email address, and phone number) is processed solely for service-related purposes and handled in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Applicable Law:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.

Amendments

Cotrai reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication.
